Conrad-American/Eaton offers three types of bin floors: Perflock, Hawkeye, and Rapeseed/Millet. Our floors feature channel lock sections that are 7” wide with deep corrugations. Our floors are manufactured using high-strength steel and are available in both 18 and 20-gauge. All three floors are designed for all bin diameters. Floor sections can be ordered and cut to your length specifications. Heavy gauge galvanized perforated splice pieces reinforce where floor planks meet with a separate floor support under each side of the splice to ensure a problem-free floor.
Our floor supports are formed from heavy-duty 17 gauge galvanized steel and are available in 4”, 6”, 9”, 12” 14”, and 16” heights to meet all of your needs. Special perforated wall flashing is designed to cover the area between the floor and the wall to provide a smooth wall-to-floor connection.
Smooth corrugated floor features 3/32” round-hole perforation for greater open area and increased airflow. These floors are a snap to clean!
Designed and fabricated for maximum strength – no material is removed during production. Ventilation is unrestricted due to lanced flooring on the hills of the corrugation.
Our ease of installation combined with a 20” wide perforated step make use easier and adds to slip resistance.
